Just hit shoulders crazy style. Cardio too (elliptical).

First time back in like 2 weeks due to illness and new puppy but feels fuckin great to be back.

Reply with your fave muscle group or exercise to hit (i’m enjoying barbell back squats lately)….

love triceps and skull crushers. I’m big on the overhead cable extensions too.
been stuck only doing calisthenics for a few days now cause the gym is busted in my building. It's cool but I miss the treadmill / bike machine
